Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as proper footwear is to your outdoor experience.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Compression Socks
  • Liner Socks
  • Hiking/Backpacking Socks
  • Running Socks
  • Insoles
  • Flip-Flops

These items must be in original, unopened packaging to qualify for exchange due to defects.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)
  • Instructions for your specific return

Step 3: Package & Ship

Return items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, with tags)
  • In original packaging
  • Included with all accessories

Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you of the status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunded to original payment method (5-10 business days to appear on your statement)
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Free shipping applies to exchanges of equal or greater value

International Returns

For orders outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional fees

Adventure-Ready Guarantee

If you receive a defective product, we’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement. Just include photos of the defect when you contact us.
