Do you offer wide or narrow sizing options?
Many of our styles come in multiple width options. Check individual product pages for availability. When in doubt, order your usual size and take advantage of our 15-day return policy if adjustments are needed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. Once shipped, we can’t modify orders but you can use our return policy.

Currently we don’t offer gift cards, but we’re happy to help with surprise orders – just include gift instructions in the order notes.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two adventure-ready shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. Our Virginia-based team ensures your gear reaches you whether you’re in Canada, New Zealand, or anywhere our adventurers roam.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Follow your new boots or shoes as they journey from our warehouse to your trailhead!
What if my package is delayed?
While we select reliable carriers, occasional delays can happen. For urgent needs, we recommend ordering well before your adventure. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us at [email protected].
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Some exclusions may apply to clearance items.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address.
What if my footwear doesn’t fit?
We recommend ordering well before your trip to allow time for exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering – our team can provide sizing advice based on your foot measurements and intended use.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The original payment method will be credited, excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
